When I first engaged Peleg as a coach, I was looking for help running my business. I had no idea that our work together would be life-changing — but that is exactly what it has been.

But, it did not happen overnight. My transition entailed a level of commitment to doing deep personal work — over time — that Peleg’s coaching both inspired and supported.

And, the biggest impact for me has always been experienced in our retreats together. We have spent single days and 2 days together in person. These retreats have always been remarkable, as big questions get explored and addressed. I always leave with clarity and specific commitments to expanding. I embark on taking the steps that came into focus during the retreat, and these steps have always propelled my life and work forward.

When we spent 4 days working together in 2015, that retreat experience launched me into becoming an artist — something Peleg could see I was ready for, but I’d never thought was possible for me. Of course, he was correct! I began sculpting and studying painting, and haven’t stopped.

And, at a full-week retreat in 2017, my work as an artist jumped to a new level, and my skills as a coach expanded enormously. The impact of that magical time has played out in big ways in the last year. I have started showing my paintings, and my coaching practice is thriving as never before.

I sought coaching almost 10 years after starting my own business with two partners. We hit a wall in our company's growth and were looking for a path forward for the next phase of our business. Awakening is a word that would best describe the process of working with Peleg.
